THE 2007 10 OR LESS FILM FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES CALL-FOR-ENTRIES
Looking for short films with running times 10 minutes or less
PORTLAND, Ore. - The 10 or Less Fest, formerly known as the Portland International Short Short Film Festival, is a showcase of independent and underground short cinema from around the world. We are currently seeking submissions of any style or genre, with the only technical requirement being that the film runs ten minutes or less. The festival, which the Willamette Week describes as ?a unique event ?that? has become a showcase for unknown talent,? seeks original short films that buck the trends of mainstream cinema, and use the medium of the short film to their advantage. Types of film in screenings past have included offbeat documentaries, super-short Super 8?s, hand-drawn and computer animation, experimental films, music videos, and traditional narratives.
Application deadline is June 14, 2007 with an entry fee of $20. The late entry deadline is June 30, with a late entry fee of $40. Or apply online through www.withoutabox.com.

The 2007 10 or Less Film Festival takes place October 18th-20th at the historic Hollywood Theatre (4122 N.E. Sandy Blvd) in Portland, Oregon.
