Hey guys, I'm new here, heard these are great forums so I joined up!
I'm a 26 year old film-maker from London, still learning the trade, I'm mostly an editor but I have a Z7 camera and I get the odd shooting job here and there. I have a shoot coming up and decided it's time to invest in radio clip-mics.
What kind of price-range am I looking at and what's best value for money? I'm looking to spend 200 absolute maximum!!!
Thanks,
Alex Wilding

Hello, Alex!
If you need quality RF mics, you'll have to invest around $2,500 USD each for the lav mic, clips, transmitter, and receiver.
I urge you to visit the forums where professional Sound Mixers discuss equipment and other industry topics and you'll likely get really great advice from experienced people from all over the globe:

I bought a couple of these a little suspicious of the quality, but I have been very pleased. They are only two channel but I am only in need of two at once. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00006I523/ref=oss_product Hope this helps.
