Hey I have a Sony Handycam Camcorder, and it takes those mini DVD things that you can put right into your DVD player, it's really cool and all but how do I take my footage from my camera and put it on the computer? I've tried every single way, but I think that maybe there is no way.

You really can't. That's the downside to a DVD handycam.

Try a DVD ripper.

actually, i edited on my computer with one of those once, for a friends history project: with sony vegas pro 8.0. there is a special option, because sony also makes the DVD handycam, that allows you to import the footage.
