The only camera I'm aware of that can do high framerates in HD is the Phantom http://www.visionresearch.com . I've also heard from a very qualified source that this camera is somewhat unreliable.

So, with that in mind, if you do have a very specific shot that needs to be at a high frame rate, you really should consider shooting it on real film. For that, you want to talk to Photosonics http://www.photosonics.com .
