I am planning to make a music video for "Spectrophobia" by Confusion Is Next (?url? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8sIl1SOdYA4?/url?) but I took a look at the licence the album was under (?url? http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/?/url?) and I'm wondering, does "No Derivative Works" mean no music videos? Just wondering.
