Dear Henry,
I don't know how to contact them, short of advertising, which I'm not ready to do--so if you out there don't respond to me I'm assuming you're not out there or you are not interested. I just want to have some idea of the # of films that are around without any kind of distribution.The idea I have would be to benefit the filmmaker who doesn't have distribution and would like his film to be seen (and perhaps the exposure would get him/her known, maybe get them a distributor to the main stream), but more often a venue for their film to be see by the public, on a smaller scale than mass distribution. The audiences would be smaller and the ticket prices cheaper, since costs would be less than the normal theater.

Well I would be very interested in this, so you can count me in. (but as posted before I would need a lot more information)

This forum isn't the most active of filmmaking forums but it has a couple well experienced and professional filmmakers.

There are other forums out there, a quick search on Google will give you some popular ones.
