Hi all.
I made a short film and jokingly posted it on a 'films for sale' board. Well I actually have an interested buyer.
Now what I would like to know is, what should I worry about when selling my distribution rights?, especially in regards to legal concerns.
I'm quite sure I would be selling only the USA Television rights.
