I am not sure howmuch to ask for it. Does any of you know howmuch to ask for such a
- medium quality
- 3D
- children's animation
- 23 min long
- DVD PAL
- world rights for DVD/VHS/Rental/TV/Direct sale all together!

Thanks

It's time for you to do a little research.

Find out what companies buy medium quality, 3D, children's animation programs. It's going to take some work, but I imagine you already know your market. Check the DVD box on the medium quality, 3D, children's animation programs that you already own - check the boxes of medium quality, 3D, children's animation programs that you rent.

When you find these companies you will need to call them and ask if they are buying shows. They will give you a range that they usually pay. Then you will have a better understanding of what you should ask for.

Hi there

Thanks. I did some search and the quotes for low to medium quality 3D animation seem to range from 150$ to 500$ per sec !!!!!!

On that rate, even considering I only ask for the lowest of the low,
100$/sec X 60 Sec X 23 min = 138000$. I am not sure whether it is way too much to ask. Certainly looks that way to me!

I will follow your advise and do some more research.

Thanks

That also might be the rate for a feature film, which could stand to make a lot more money for them than a short.
